terminology question
Hi,
I thought that marketmaker is alway the bookie, but I was told that it doesn´t have to be so. In the bookmakers point of view the marketmaker should be someone else. Have you any tips, pls?
More specifically I´m looking to find out who bookmakers regard as marketmaker for handball and floorball. Although even less concrete answer would be great.
