I tend to agree with this.

It's really all about 'when' it happens. When you're on a hot streak, it seems like all the breaks go your way...and when you're in bad shape...it seems like all the bad beats hit you at once.

Definitely one of the worst ever that I've been on.

Had some conversations discussing the worst beats ever and these came up.

MLB o/u 7.5 dude has the over. Tied 3-3 bottom 9. Bases loaded 2 out. Guy hits a walk off grand slam, but the team clears the bench and mobs him at second base. The ump calls the batter out after only one run scores, final score 4-3.

Buffalo/Patriots game. Apparently there was a shitty call at end of game, so the team refused to come out for the mandatory extra point attempt. The other team then takes the opportunity to run it in for two as opposed to kicking the extra point to cover by a point.

or a 10k, 8-gamer, when the 49'ers get blow out at home by the seahawks, opening day as -3 pt favorites

both in less than a months time... 3 years ago... smh

That sucks. One time I Round robin'd 8 hockey favs on the -1.5 PL at like $2-$5 a pop with 4,5,6,7, and an 8 teamer. First seven covered, last one up 4-1 mid 3rd, get on the plane, land, and found out it lost. Was like an 80k payout.

Agreed with LK, its the fun of it, if I get the rush, I'm fine breaking even.

lol brutal... mine was a 10 game multi-sport ... it was a 23k payout off like 50 bucks i won playing poker... this is when I first started betting on sports heavily... F'ing blackhawks/sharks playoff game (complete garbage goal by the sharks down 4-1)... its been 3-4 years and im still pissed

funny thin is... i had been on the book for 3 months at the time... hadnt won anything, like break even or down a little... after that parlay (that i didnt even win) I got limited... wtf?
