Its very easy to open an account and deposit at most books, they are fully staffed for that. The question you want answered is how long will it take to get some money back if you win, then the processor is alway sick or on lunch break.

Every time I open up at a new book, setting up the account is quick and easy. It's sending that damned ** that has to be 1000% perfect that usually causes the hold up.
