    sportsbooks and live chat service
I notified that not all sportsbooks offers a live chat service.
what is the main reason for not offering this option?

The cost associated with such a service could be one reason. If you already offer live phone plus fairly expeditious e-mail support, adding personnel for a live chat might be considered unnecessary.

Oui, c'est vrai. l'aspect financier doit jouer un grand rĂ´le pour ne pas offrir un tel service.

usually the chat is serviced by the same people in CS. instead of answering emails they chat, so the cost might be the same.

I have consistently found CS chat to be so slow and staffed by the crappiest of the already crappy agents so as to be absolutely worthless.

If you are doing other things at the same time, chat is a great way to go as usually get clearer answers as many front line clerks will ask managers for answers while you are chatting with them; although it does take some time.
