Know a guy that has access to some cash from his company, he asked me this question but I do not want to get involved so I ask you guys and I told him to look in this thread.

Its not hard to launder money, but to embezzle or steal from a company may be a lot harder. What do u mean he has access to it? If he has access, just take it, that's not hard, its not hard at all, but getting away with it may be more difficult. True story, over Thanksgiving a family member told me of another friend of the family who had been stealing money from a client at the bank(she was a long time teller) because he never asked for a receipt or checked his accounts and he trusted her. She had been doing this for years, but finally the guy got sick and his daughters from the city came down to handle his business. So, they noticed it and she is now out of a job, but luckily he didnt press charges.

can be done, but you cant get greedy or red flags will fly.
the question should be how much time would you do for a chance at 75K.
me personally, you cant put a price on freedom. been on both sides of the fence and like this side much more
To catch a crook, you have to think like a crook. Learn about these ways to embezzle money so you won't become a victim of embezzlement.

They can have those jails unless I have a million waiting for me when I come home, but Im so stupid that I think you can get away with almost anything for a short stint, but in the long run,

If you can't do the time... Everybody wants to be a gangster until they get pinched. Then they cry like babies, and rat on everybody they ever knew.

wait...this is super easy the trick is to limit the papertrail.
So example when said person posting this worked in the re-engineering department. all you had to do was re-engineer cycle the policy to refund then recycle it how it should be fixed. The refund would be in your account and if you did it correctly it wouldn't update the ledger as this could cause errors on some policies so you could disable it...
Know a guy who did this for 1.2 mill... got away with it too..could never prove it was him. And this was at a AAA+ rated insurance company before I got to where I am at.
