Oh and take a break man. I know ur dying to get some of that back. Im sure u needed or coulda used that 26k.

I know when this shit happens to me im suicidal for a few days and then im chomping at the bit to get it back. Usually i then end up making it worse (a few pals back in the day gave me the nickname "chaser"..anyways take a week off at least. Go to a park, lake, beach, etc somewhere quiet and get ur mind right. Get on a good level with God or nature. Clear your mind of negativity.

comparing 26k dollars to 40000 SBR points... Unrealz woj

guys saying they've been there have likely never been in the same ballpark. Probably lost 2k and say they know what's its like. No you don't.

      patty is the exception.

I know it sucks but my best advice would to stop now. You lost 400, think of it like that. I've done the same twice over and lost it all but all it did was make me lose more when it was gone again.

The scariest thing to me is that the first time I lost $10k plus in a night I felt sick to my stomach, depressed, etc.....the second time I felt a little crappy and the third time I barely blinked an eye.......it is when the money means nothing to you that it gets REALLY scary.

Take my word for it kid.....you will be fine.....set limits, stick within them and if you can't.....just run.

I lived the life of a degen for years with poker being a great source of income and blackjack being a greater source of HUGE swings.....it took me YEARS to get it under control....maybe take a break....maybe post every play on here in a thread as soon as you make it.....maybe advice from others will help...or maybe the threat of public embarrassment will help. The crazy thing is that without changing your fundamental approach you will never change your results.

          Best of luck

Kraken ive lost 12000 in 2 hours playing bj before. I turned $35 into 5000 playing baccarat and video poker and losing it all the same day. I added the sbr points bit to try and make op laugh...

the scary thing is the op knows he can reach 26k so he'll keep trying and trying again.

the truth is what he did was a once in a lifetime type thing.

if he doesnt stop now and move on, the next time he reaches that 26k will be after he spent 100k trying to do it.

I think you have this all wrong, i've been there before and much higher. I'm simply venting that i lost this all, bottom line is, it sucks. I've gone on runs like this before and will again, it's who i am and what i do. My whole point to this was that it sucks being a sportsbook where there's no chance of withdrawling on the weekends.

There ya go. It's specifics like that, that should be in the gambling manual.

If you had gone through such big swings (and believe me, $26k is a large swing for anyone not living the proverbial lifestyle) before you wouldn't be on here crying about it.

I went from feeling for you, to disregarding your whole story. You probably added all the zeros to the end of those stats.....was it $4 you ran into $260?

If so (likely) you will get over it next Saturday when your paw leaves your allowance on your dresser.

you must really think i care if you believe me or not, I'd be more than happy to post some plays!!! My point of this thread wasn't to gain sympathy but just to share what happened. Not once did i complain, i simply made a point like the rest of the degenerates on this site. Let me guess your statements are more valid bc you have a logo and a ton of posts?

You changing your mind on a post and talking about allowance makes you real intelligent I guess.

What you fail to grasp is most people are trying to give you advice about bankroll management. You start with $400 and you build it to $26,000 and then you lose it all in 6 plays. Unless you realize the stupidity of your actions you will always lose in gambling.

I understand that and appreciate it. My actions were completely stupid, i get it. I need to take a break bc I've deposited 2k back already and lost.

This is the question no real gambler can answer.

The hardest thing to do in gambling is to end a session at it's highest point. In fact, I only remember once in my lifetime quitting when I won my last bet and was up the highest amount up to that point. That was only because they closed the table because it was early in the morning and the others were crowded.

How many times have you quit a gambling session at it's highest point? Extremely, incredibly hard to do.

Then as we start losing it back, our mind comes up with all kinds of excuses and we end up even or down.

Not a laughing matter. You were going to pay your rent with the points, and after you blew it you were on the verge of being homeless.

You are failing to realize that the reckless abandon that has you feeling down for blowing 26k is also what got you from 400 to 26k

This will happen again. and again.

once turned $100 into 2k in poker in a matter of few hours then went back down to 0 again typical degenerate move. know that you only lost your original deposit and the rest is just #s on the screen.

I've been there several times over the past 4 years with online blackjack session losses of over $2k A few times. Thankfully overall I'm just above break-even since keeping records.

Winning sessions were frequent when stakes were low $1 to $5. losing sessions were always when stakes were $25 to $100. The same strategy was always used. I've played helluva lot of blackjack at many different online casinos & would say the software is defo designed to let you win smallish amounts then suck you in to playing higher stakes before taking all your money.

I would say that ALL the software is rigged but in a manner probably impossible to prove.

I recently decide to stop playing online blackjack & cancelled every casino account with self-exclusion.

Does anyone truthfully have records showing high profits over a long period at online casinos
