Payout problem with Looselines...Its not my fault..

Okay so I sent in my documents and got my payout. The only problem was this payout was 510.00 My account had 565.00. Not bad for rolling 250.00 deposit. My only real problem with this is they offer 1 free payout per month.

I called last friday and told them I want my 1 free payout per month they said okay, I said full amount, they said submit yoru docs, so I faxed in my auth, I scanned my credit card, and submitted my DL.

I didn't find out until I picked the funds up of the difference. There response well you requested **, and I told them no, I was told ** or Moneybookers and I told them I wanted my 1 month free payout. They told me to payout as **.

There cashier only allows ** or MB as payout methods.

So once again I have problems getting paid from a sportsbook... I don't know why...

I'm calling tomorrow to have this reviewed to speak to a manager. But I'm upset and this is crap.

So they agree the 55.00 that is missing is not my fault or my problem. They forgot to process my payout as free. They have offered to put the 55.00 back into my account. I kindly declined advising them my payout was requested for the full amount.

They then proceeded to tell me how they are not able to send 55.00 back to me. I advised them they could. In the end they are sending me 55.00 although they cited it would cost them almost the equal amount to send the funds.

So it looks like I will get my money.

The other option I would have taken would have been since I signed up with 100% bonus to treat it like another deposit and get 100% bonus on 45.00 and treat it as 100.00 and do a 5x rollover. Was never offered this. 55.00 is not a bankroll you can really build on with 5.00 min bets.

I just think when you ask for a payout they should be done timely and accurately. You shouldn't be missing 10% of your payout and being told its okay we will put it back into your account.

In the end Looselines.com is upset they have to pay me and I'm okay with that.

All them books offer shitty bonus programs. When its all said and done loose lines will have sent me the cash all within 3 business days from actually having all the information to pay my request out. Its just sad that after there business hours I think you get rolled over to jazz customer service or something because they were quoting way different payout methods etc friday night than what was explained on Monday.

I'll admit 250.00 to get 100% bonus and rolled it over...I didn't do anything steller here other than maintain a 50% average and score big late to rally after a slump came out a little ahead so I cashed out.

From my experience with them, they find every excuse in the book to not pay its customers. I picked up my money today. Wasn't a big deal they resolved it... they got upset about having to ** 55.00 bucks to me but they did it..and I told them it was there problem and they had to fix it....


This is the real thing that bothers me...in the whole time I was requesting my payout..this was phone calls on Friday/Monday and the correction phone calls on Tuesday and the new ** info on Wed to get the remaining 55.00 I was owed...I called them about a total of 6-7 times to make sure my documents were in order and to get the ** information.

I was only asked for my password to my account 1 fu**ing time!!!

and they wonder why I was taking a withdrawal for the full amount!!!!

In the end I faxed over the last of my documents on Monday and received money same day and got the rest on Wed...not a bad payout, other than the whole I never was asked for my password more than 1 time thing.

i received today four figure sum from looselines to moneybookers.
it took about 36h from request to get payout.
firstly they charge me 35$ fees for withdrawal but it was free withdrawal, talked to support and they give me back 35$.
no problem for me with looselines.

It appears to me the book make a simple mistake and corrected the mistake. Thread handle is misleading and should be edited.
