DSI Bingo - Scam?

Normally I wouldn't pay attention to such casino traps... However, DSI is advertising a $1000 guaranteed jackpot for 25 cent card cover all bingo. Is this a scam? Anyone ever won bingo here? I'm skeptical but ya never know...

In a certain low number of draws a coverall is extremely difficult, also Bookmaker/DSI take out a HUUUUUGE percentage of the money on those games as well, they can afford to pay a couple jackpots here and there
