I'm loving this film.
I love how they set up the entire team and let them describe the season.
Great stuff.

What a fantastic documentary!
I just finished it (had to pause to put my daughter to bed.)
I can't be the only one who had tears come to his eyes during this, can I?
Simply awesome.

To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.

watching this again now on demand
crazy how much the double bonus has changed the game
i remember teams would foul 25 times in a half because every foul was 1 and 1
todays games would be 2 and a half hours with those rules
still a great show the second time watching

the rules were such garbage back then , no 3's, 1and 1's and no shot clock. BUt I still think watching it was a better game because todays college game is so physical it is a joke and because of that nobody can score they need to call more fouls and make the defense adjust

id attribute more of that to the lack of talent compared to those days than the rules
the three point line is designed to open up the game and make it less physical...in fact that's why they stretched it out further from 19'9" a few years back

You couldn't write a better story than the one NC State lived in 1983. Brink of elimination several times, beat Sampson twice, Olajuwon/Drexler once. This miracle was bigger than the 1980 gold medal USA hockey team to me. I didn't appreciate it then because I was 14 years old, raised in Houston, and a BIG Cougars fan. After the Wolfpack took that game, I yelled and screamed all through the trailer we were living in, and punched a big gap into the hallway wall. My dad grounded me for a week.
