i added the repeat pick penalty so people can't tail the winner all the time. i am in hong kong right now.

i have a feeling the prize might go to those who actually finished 40 picks cuz there are couple of people started pretty late or don't make picks every day. i am pretty clear in the rules that you have 28 days to make 40 picks, that only gives you 8 days of non-picking assuming you max out 2 picks per day.

that will certainly help, but if the line moved more than 10 cents against you, the penalty won't matter at that point.
