Decent College Play Being Overlooked

So I think this is a play that is pretty favorable for bettors. Pepperdine sucks, we all know that. They are a horrific team. However USC is pretty over-rated. They just lost 4 players in the beginning of Dec due to eligibility and one to injury. They are an erratic team who seems to show up and do just enough to win games. They have only beaten 1 team by more than this spread (UTM).
Pepperdine... they have only lost 1 game by more than this spread (BYU). I think that while pepperdine sucks this spread is a tad too high.. it should be around 21 or so...
Take Pepperdine +26... great chance at a cover...
