LMAO Maryland covers on another sick ending
UNC up 3 with 20 seconds .. Maryland air balls a 3 and UNC runs the clock out for 10 seconds and Maryland couldn't foul ... Fckn terrible way to lose for all UNC backers

I can't get passed missed free throws. I could have been sitting there on a push before the last play if people could hit free throws. I wasn't asking for a push but the way unc let go the last 5 mins I was ok with it lol

Seems like bad beats come in 2's for me. I was on Zona st +4.5 and Oregon -3.5 and today Umass +8.5 , UNC -4.5 all bad beats with some bullshit endings for most part. Gambling is a real beotch at times!

Problem is in todays era everyone just wants to make highlight reels and fundamentals take a backseat. The other night when Jordan for the Clips threw that dunk down thats all we heard about the next day. So fukking what?? Its just a stupid dime a dozen dunk by a 7 ft guy. How bout the guy who scored 24, had 11 assists, a couple steals, and went 7/8 from ther stripe leading his team to a win. Oh fukk that guy ... did you see that dunk?? lol

So true about the highlight reels ... Its a shame .. How do u let a team run out 10 seconds without fouling .. Still a lot of time left .. And plus the way this year has been going anythin can happen lol

If that's how you were expecting to win your bet you may have been on the wrong side

Well the disappointment for UNC backers was not so much the ending but how they dominated and had a nice lead most the game and choked it away.

Betting dog spreads in tourney games always have the risk of not covering because teams are primarily interested in winning the game than covering the spread. Do you really expect the coach to huddle the team on time outs and instruct them on how to cover the spread?

Expecting to cover by having the team you bet on hitting free throws at the end of the game?? Yea that's pretty important to the entire game.

Newsflash: ESPN's in business to keep viewers. And fundamentals don't generate ratings.

If you want to see fundamentals, watch women's basketball. You'll get all the textbook chest passing and triple threat stances your heart desires.

Yeah no shit but if you know anything about sports then espn and their brand is a joke! Fundamentals "should" start as a kid going all the way thru prep. Sorry but it should be common sense to understand that working on important parts of your game like ft shooting should be a priority to anyone wanting to have success not just flashy dunks. Just a little hoops 101 the new breed does not understand enough!

Games are won and lost on stupid shit 10 times a day. Last second covers, missed free throws, half court 3's... Who gives a shit. You either win or lose. Move on

A Raiders fan bitching about lacking fundamentals. The irony.

Maybe YOU should tap into that common sense of yours and realize everyone practices FT's. And no matter how hard they try, we can't all shoot 90% because it's more than just perfecting a form and routine. There's a mental aspect to it.

Good free throw shooting is a skill, not a gimme that everyone will excel at.
