I was looking at lines from games earlier today on http://www.sbrodds.com/ and i saw this:

in the 3Q both games were 0-0 and BetOnline had both games at PK for the 3Q.

Bodog had it for the Packers game also

Graded as a push since the qtr ended in a tie and the line is a pk (essentially +0) so works the same as any other spread.
