lol reading some of the picks here it's hilarious. You guys are worse than those idiot cappers over at Covers

Aside from Gaunch, and that guy with the big fat white cat as his avatar, you guys are dumb fks

Who lays their entire bankroll on SAS -8 tonight with a key starter out, and a team that's been across the country and back in 72 hours. That plus had 2 regs sit the night before and had 5 days off to have their lactic acid build up and make their legs turn into jello.

You guys need to do a lot more than just read some ESPN stats. lol aaaaah gee wiz look here this team's true shooting percentage is good, and aaahh duh their point differential is better, aaahhh duh their FTA is good too, and aaahhh duh they have a lot of offensive rebounds duhhhhh yaaa looks good, lock it up

I typically just use a huge USA map on my wall. Throw a dart at it... and whichever major US city it lands next to... I take that team. Piece of cake.

You're a dumbass if you group us all together like that. There are some very successful threads in this forum. Don't go to Player's talk, go to the sub forums. There are some quality ones in there that are worth looking into.

Normally, I would agree. However, people who tailed Colin Cowherd's NFL picks made loot this year. Guy went 51-24 68% and only had 2 losing weeks all regular season.

He probably tailed the guy who went all-in with the Spurs -8 and this is his frustration thread after the game ended.

that's funny to me. As if there's some special website that is better than ESPn for instance at capping games. Please dude. It's all a coinflip in the end, you just gotta hope you're on the right side more often than not

I actually disagree. The MAJORITY of games are coinflips, but there are definitely bad lines sometimes or ways to increase your potential to win. But you're right when you say that there are good "capping" websites.

Ehh.. to me sports betting is 80% managing your bankroll. The rest is just luck. No one hits 60% consistently and grinds out profits flat betting. You need to just hope you hit your big plays, and know when to lower your stake when you're cold.

Sure there are bad lines here and there-- but I guarantee you've lost bets before that you thought was a "bad line" and i'm sure you've won some too. This game is designed for a gambler to hit 50% or less and get eaten up on the juice.
