true, I actually lost about 20 lbs to get as low body fat % in that photo...about 4 months ago... so i'm not normally ripped like that... but at 5'11 214 I don't get messed with.... as you know... in the hood.... like nature... the predator looks for the easiest prey to target, why take a chance with ANY prey that MIGHT be able to handle himself.....

and because i'm built most that don't know me, assume i'm an undercover...cuz all the inner city cops are juicing like crazy.
