Fitguy, I am not the first to have experienced this kind of issue. Have you ever wondered what kind of organizational culture must exist, for this kind of behavior to be tolerated? If lower level employees act this way, you better pray you never have to work with the higher ups, outside of maybe Armando. If I couldn't play at 5Dimes I would have most of my funds at Heritage. In fact right now I do until baseball starts up.I just think they are about the closest you can get to 5Dimes lines with much better CS along with fast payouts,cash back program,and many other perks.
Maybe the most important thing is safety of my funds there.If I ever got stiffed by them that would be the equivalent of the Greek screwing you over and never heard of that happening.

#1 Your money is safe and you have every right to post anything you want here.
#2 I have neve had a problem with deposits/cashouts
#3 Though I agree with you 110% that there phone and live chat cs is shit sometimes,
you need to ask yourself why you are calling in the first place. I feel the only reason to call in is for deposit/cashout assistance.
#4 If/When you get great service ... log that employees name and make a friend. In the future... not if but when you HAVE to call in,
you will have a small list of name whom you can ask for. If they are not available... leave a message for them or call back

don't let a bad conversation ruin your biz dealings with that book.
#5 Last but not least... "what is our part in it"

I tend to agree billy but the thing is we all place greater importance on certain aspects of business dealings. The things you listed are important to you, therefore you are willing to deal with bad CS. Obviously good CS is more important to High3r and so he's ready to go. Just like if one of your top 5 had been breached, you'd be going.

Also, he can, and from what I know of him he likely will, leave on good terms. I doubt he'll burn that bridge. High3rs a bright guy, he'll def be fine.

Issue is a little deeer than lower level CS. Issue is above CS's pay grade. Was given misinformation 3 times. Was never worried about the issue not being resolved, so that's not even the issue. I just asked, very politely, why the three different stories. CS then acted very very unprofessionally. CS is on my bottom tier of things that matter most, but in this case, it's a little deeper. CS's actions represent the extent of 5dimes' organizational culture, which caught me a little off guard. 5dimes is godlike right now and they realize it. Not the best situation in the interest of us all. What irks me the most, is that the first time I looked into this issue, I questioned and had someone assure me that everything was correct. SBR could give 5dimes a C grade and they would snuff it off.

My overall experience:
5dimes pays fast, easy to load money, best lines, early lines, etc.

I don't see how any of the details I provided, which were very generic, could pin this post or my handle to a specific client of theirs. I can't say anything negative about my ability to receive funds from them and I don't expect to have any hiccups going forward.

Unless you used a fake name when signing up with SBR, or 5Dimes (different names), they already know who you are, or can find out if they want to.

Oddset is the state bookie here in Germany. Payout ratio is 50-60%. Pinnacle has 98%. You better don't wish for state bookies.... Plus 5% taxes on every bet. Not matter if you win or lose. Probably the only book that I have won a decent amount at. There comes a time when a business should treat their customers with civility and respect and that line was WAY crossed today. I know a lot of you have been subjected to piss-poor treatment, but I half-believed that a number of you must have brought it upon yourselves. Sure, chat can be incompetent, but I always worked around that and have had positive experiences working with Armando--still think he's a good guy. Well, I did not even remotely provoke the kind of treatment I received today. So, I'll be taking my money out in the next couple of weeks and will be searching elsewhere.

I need some suggestions on where to go. I have a Legends account, but I can't see this being my primary book...hate the late lines, poor odds, etc. Bookmaker the route to go? For me, it's all about MLB and NHL. I do not bet basketball or football, but on rare occasions. I do not care about bonuses, outside of reduced juice, but that's long gone. I prefer p2p. Where are you guys playing bases at this year?

Pinnacle is great and all.
Except they have shit for options, they don't even have conference tourney odds. Forget about any props.
Futures updated like once year, no "match ups". They did not even have super bowl match ups this year.
Basically its a no fun book made for straight wagers now, that's it. That's why you need more than one out these days.
