It's poker software.

If they had basketball hardware and had a team rush the floor with .01 seconds left allowing the other team 2 technical s and a back door cover, people would swear it's rigged. ( last night Iona). Or in football, a hail mary for a win and cover on the last play( Seattle vs. GB and one hundred others like it), or in baseball a physically lame hitter with 2 strikes facing a HOFer hits a back door slider over the fence with one hand for a walk off homer( Curt Gibson) , etc., etc.

Let's face it, life is rigged full of lucky covers and bad beats.

Create action hands to get more rake.... let the person with the smallest ammount of chips win in cash games so they will be able to play and generate more rake for the house.

I don't think it's rigged. It's programmed in such a way to give trips and flushes on the same round to various players. People know it hence donks don't hesitate to chase. I lose to flushes all the time on people chasing.
