Yep, good book. Lines are vanilla like tto said but never had a problem there and your money is as safe as it gets for offshore.

have had a terrible time with my latest deposit there....i know its minor things but somethings really irked me

1) grading time: i had to hop on chat every single time to get my wagers graded or else i would sit there for 45-1hour waiting for my cash....this isnt a problem for some but when your trying to complete rollovers you want to be able to get your money timely.

2) CS: they are the definitions of jabronis.....one will tell you the money will be in in a minute....then 30 mins later someone else will give you a different answer. there is no continuity at all between the cs reps.

3) Every site has them but both BM and DSI crashed right before 7 PM...happens at all sites sometimes but cant be worried about this going into time like Madness

I really cant see myself ever depositing here again....i know some of the issues are minor but the fact i was waiting sometimes for 90 minutes to get a wager graded is absolutely inexcusable. Go with 5dimes or heritage and just be happy

You cant play mlb there unless you ask for reduced lines and they give it to you.
But I played there some during Football its good Bookmaker was my book before
I went local. The good thing about both Bookmaker and DSI is they will give you a debit
card and you can use it to cash out after the first time its basically hassel free. The
First time you use it.....its going to take a while to clear about 4 weeks.

They have been pissing me off for 3 days now

went back sunday after receiving the 100 percent freeplay email.

so i just deposited 300 and 27 for fees

they credit my account 322. So im thinking they just didnt credit the whole 27. I could care less about 5$.

few hrs go by and i ask someone on chat when the FP will be credited and she comes back and says i just put in for it. Should be shortly.

Sunday night i ask again. when it will be in there. They tell me i didnt deposit enough. i only deposited 295 and i needed to deposit 300. So i tell them i did blah blah. THey tell me to contact them monday when the processor is open to verify. So no biggie.

Monday afternoon i contact them again they tell me again i had to deposit 300 to take the bonus. So i ask them if i didnt deposit 300 why did u cover the fees seeing as it says you only cover them for 300 and up. She doesnt give me an answer. now its seeming like they r just taking a shot. I tell them to go to **.com and put the cntrl number in with my name etc and it will show what i sent. But nope they cant do that.

So they have me email CS with a screenshot from ** showing i deposited 300. Which i did.

GO back to CS and let them know i sent it. They say great it should be handled shortly.

Fast forward to today i go on chat and ask them about it. And no answer for 20 mins.

Very aggrivating.

You pretty much covered it all there, the only reason to play there really is cause the CS is usually solid.
Try calling I guess, I gotta post back up there for the March Madness contests, thank god they have a good Card processor so I won't have to deal with these issues. If I have p2p issues ever again, I feel sorry for the for the northern confederacy rep I talk to.

Used to play at DSI and Bookmaker. Had a crazy run about a year and a half ago, tried to cash some of it out, was never able to get it out. I had successfully cashed out smaller amounts with them both in the past, but was really really pissed when I never got paid for that run. Reported it to SBR, they didn't do anything (DSI and Bookmaker are big sponsors here... as you can tell from all the phone calls you got from them, they're really into promoting themselves).

The cash outs I was able to get prior to all of this happening took way too long, and their withdrawal fees are absurd.

im curious about this as I just sent in paperwork for the card and was planning on using this method once I get it but I won't want to wait that long.
