When I was at a baseball tourney in the Quad Cities (IL/Iowa border). All the dad's were out on the boat. It's like 1:45 in the morning, and my buds dad calls him and says "pick a number 0-36". He picks 7 if I remember correctly.

Well his Dad had made $58 in the casino that night, so he threw it all on 7, the rest is history.

Ya, I play charity poker back home occasionally and its comical, 1-2 blinds, and an initial raise is $20.

Plus, who would go these random charity poker events as opposed to just go play in a casino unless your between the ages of 18-21. But there's a ton of middle aged guys there. I feel bad sometimes when I win a hand cause I'm worried his kids won't eat later that evening.

85% of the people there are readable before you even sit at the table. Either they feel like a big-roller, or they are so stingy that a $10 raise after the flop is basically an auto-fold for them unless they flopped the nuts.
