I don't even like Duke, but I'm still left wondering how NCAA thought nothing of the fake classes at UNC... that's the ONE thing NCAA is really supposed to be in charge of enforcing...

But instead the NCAA suspends schools for buying a hotel room for a foreign student athlete on a visit (St Mary's) or because a player tries to make money off HIS own name (Ohio St, etc, etc, etc, etc). Or they go extra ballsy, and suspend schools without any NCAA rule violations actually broken/enforceable/listed on their rulebooks (Penn State).
