NBA totals: take -115 or let it move a point for -110?

I'm new to sports betting, and the only thing i can win at is NBA over under totals. I'm just wondering if it's worth letting the total move and sacrificing a point in order to get -110 over -115? Does it make any difference in the long run? I'm a newb, just wondering. Thanks.
