Is it just me or does anyone else find everyone who answers the phone there rude as hell? I had one lady talking over me for 5 minutes yesterday and tonight I get transferred around to 3 different places and can't get clear answers out of anyone, everyone is just plain rude there and has the attitude that im wasting their time when in actuality im probably paying their salary.

Old News. CS is not 5D's forte. But it is the best out for US Players imo. If you are looking for great CS, you may want to go elsewhere.

next time just ask for Tony- he's a nicest CS rep they got...I'm sure he'll be able to accommodate all your needs.

people call with stupid questions---everything you need is posted right on site---since 2003 only had 2 problems, given wrong ** info twice on live chat---easily fixed---no problem.
