ive been around here actively for the past 3 months, i always see that thing going around, people getting nominated but i never see anyone get banished, whats the purpose of it, for people to type names to waste bandwidth?

It's a giant wheel. It only goes around once in every 2 minutes. It's like a huge hamster wheel. They put BBD in there and he runs to rotate the wheel. Then when he gets tired it stops somewhere and they pick the winner.
