Pavy you are correct sir. I do not have 8500 sitting at a book. You are one smart kid.

Its bet with local. Local made me go and put down 20%. My local allows payouts any day of the week, at a small fee. If you collect monday its free, but if you collect any other day it's 3%. Whenever I hit a big play, I go get the money and pay the 3%. I dont trust people with my money, period. That is why I dont play offshore much, at all.
