I was contemplating placing 200 on the Kings Moneyline +2500and then remebered that I actually gamble to suppliment my income. My guess is baseball.

+300 dogs in pretty much all sports hit at about the same rate (there has been a slight historical bias in baseball). If you are looking for the leagues where the biggest upsets happen, then look for the leagues with the largest MLs. If you are looking for the league where the underdog wins most frequently, find the sport with the most small underdogs (probably baseball).

I'm with JJ, I think it's hockey. Although I disagree that they're non-athletes, I've played all the major North American sports recreationally and I found hockey to be the most strenuous (probably because I never played in the crease ). I think the number of players that take the ice every night for both teams and fact that they replace each other frequently leads to a lot of unforeseen scoring that makes it easier for underdogs to win. Just my two cents, though.

Bunch of non athletes?
Show me a professional hockey player who is a big fat slob. Plenty of those in football and baseball.
I see it more as a series of "events" If you think about it I would imagine there are about 500 events for every NBA matchup thus the winner is more likely the team with more "talent". Baseball perhaps 200 (every pitch), hockey <200...very interesting.
