    Please help Bwin problem!!
Hello! I’m new here. I have a big problem with Bwin.com so I did a google search and this site came up. I hope someone can help me. Ok so here’s the story.

I deposited about 2000$ mistakenly (wanted to deposit 200$) in to my Bwin account (my first time playing there). So I regretted and wanted to make a withdrawal but it kept getting denied. I e-mailed them asking why. And I got an answer saying that I couldn’t make a withdrawal of the money I deposited but only from the money I have won.

This sounded wary weird to me I have never heard of anything like this before.
Plus I didn’t find anything stating this as a fact on there site.

Does anyone know what I can do???
    Is this Bwin’s policy?
That you can only withdrawal the money you have won and not what you have deposited??
Has anyone had this problem with them before?

    Thanks in advance.

i think that they mean that you have to wager it at least once.

Thanks for the welcome and advises.

I deposited thru neteller. I have emailed them about my problem, but the only answer I get is that I have to win the amount that I have deposited before I can make a withdrawal.

I think this is probably the most stupid thing I have ever heard. I have never had this problem with other sits. And I will definitely fill out a complaint from.

When you deposit into a bookie with Neteller, the "better" sites takeover the deposit fee (around 4%), so that's why they ask you to rollover the deposit amount.. Or if you don't want to rollover, send a mail to them that you are ready to pay the fee for the deposit and withdrawal, you can deduct it from the balance.

And it's not stupid thing, this is the rule at pinnacle as well..
