Be careful 5teamer, Boston loves to show up "contending teams" on National television. (especially at home) They are currently in the blowout state of mind after the game last night in Washington and should come back home with a real spark for tonight's game.

Remember, each time they have faced New Orleans, it was also that much more of a bigger game for Rajon Rondo. Last time he topped Chris Paul in every catagorey, and feels outplaying CP3 is another requirement for the World to see. Without Chris Paul playing his best basketball, the team is in danger as a whole.

Ipick, im a HUGE celtics fan. I went huge on the moneyline today to enjoy the Celtics winning a key game at home, and also took the spread pretty big as well.

im not even sure what the ML was....i would guess -200?? i dunno....i say this only because im extremely agsint playing ANYTHING over -150....i dont even play much over -125 really...its easy to say it after it wins obv. but another thing i say is if u can only pick winners, and not pick winners against the spread y even play? but thats just me

What are you referring I claimed after the game ended? I posted all my picks in a separate thread, which included Celtics -6.5 before tip off time.

I used my judgement for how the week was going (win/loss figure) and had enough cushion where I can make this move.

As far as not picking spreads go... I picked 8 spreads today and went 8-1 in total (including the moneyline win from Boston). There was nothing wrong with eating a bucket of chalk for this game. It enabled me to be able to root my favorite team on to a regular victory, and not just a "gambler's victory". Plus I couldn't see Boston losing this game to CP3 and company.

I definitely see what your saying though about this being a dumb thing to do on a consistent basis and agree.

dont worry about that guy t.what line line it closed at dosent mean shit as long as your game came through.
