Is this type of Sports pager service out there?

Im looking into these sports pagers, but here's what I want:

I want score updates for the games I want. Example, I want it to update me every 5 minutes on a certain NCAA game, not all of them, or 3-4 different games. Anything like that?

I've been looking for any type of regular scoreboard like that for some type without any success...would be nice to have one with just the games I am on instead of all of them.
