When Is The Best Time To Bet Bowl Games?
    Now or later?

I personally feel it's better to bet them later.

Whenever you find an edge. If you let the lines shape, you may be missing out on the best number. There are instances where athletes are ruled ineligible for one reason or another (academics, misconduct, etc.) such as Florida St. last year, but I don't worry about things of that nature. They will even out in the long term. It also provides you little benefit in betting after the fact since the line is quickly taken off the board and readjusted. It's also something that you cannot accurately handicap unless you have inside information prior to its announcement. That said, there are currently a few games where I am finding value and I expect the line to move in my favor.

I would say it depends on what lines look appealing to you, and if you expect them to move for or agaisnt your favor

Yeah, I would say "later" as well. I think the panic-striken make irrational decisions at the deadline. I have been there and lived that. Not a good feeling.

I agree with later as well...with all of the coaching changes, injuries, suspensions, etc. you can end up with a good number on a bad side if you bet a bowl game four weeks ahead of time...

It depends though, you could get a great deal -120 on BC -3 against Vandy but closer to game day this line could easily be -6, and BC doesnt have one key play maker, theres no real injury that could happen unless they pulled an FSU (which FSU still won that game) that would deter my bet
