Way too much debt and the company had to dilute its shares recently to raise capital to continue developing its projects.

52 week high is 120.24 and 52-week low is 2.89.

That's a drastic drop, but they're not alone. There's this little thing known as a recession, and people aren't spending money. I haven't looked into them, but unless they're battling bankruptcy this could be one of the many strong long term investment opportunities that are on the table now.

Where will they bottom out at? I just scanned this. Any more thoughts are welcomed. They were up around $80/share last summer and a hot pick to grab.

Wouldn't people be more likely to gamble during a recession?

No. Gambling will survive during a recession, but that doesn't mean that the same amount of money is being wagered.

Many factors at play here. Room rates are down a lot at Venetian/Palazzo and they have to cut a lot of costs to keep profitability up. Also, many high end restaurants in the hotel are empty, while the lower end ones in there are busier and this trend is reducing margins even further. They have had to reduce table limits as well. Last year, there were few tables with $25 limits. Today, those are common and you even see $15 tables.
When stocks get broken like that(from over $100 to under $5), they rarely, if ever get back up there. I could see a rally to $20-40, but triple digits is essentially out of the question.
