I don't think you can go with the "due to lose one" argument with the zags. Being a very good team in a weak conference makes running the table in conference play very likely. Due to lose argument might be more of a factor when they are in the 2nd or Sweet 16 round of the Tourney.

Difference is....ranked teams on the road that are losing tend to face some major conference teams that can win on any given night. Not so here. I think the Zags will show up just like they did at St Mary's when everyone had St Mary's rolling over them

While I do believe in trends (and honestly, if you were to follow it, you're right - away favs have been getting worked) there will be a regression to the mean and away favs will start covering more often. By seasons end, it'll damn near be 50/50.

As for it being a trap, no. Traps don't exist. Vegas line setters don't sit in a room devising traps for people. They create a line that will pull even action - that's all they give a sh!t about. Gonzaga should be favored by up to 10 here, simple as that. That being said, I got them at -5 and love it.
