i walk almost every day. I haven't done the heavy duty exercising in years though, wish i still have the juice for it.
I'd probably end up like Nicky when he did that running video back in the summer.

Daily 30-minute routine. Couple dozen pull-ups, pushups, crunches and various dumbbell exercises.
Also walk between 2 and 3 miles a day with the pooch. Closer to 2 these days with the frickin' snow and ice everywhere.

~Hour of cardio (running or cycling) 6 days a week. Lift 4 days a week. I feel crappy if I don't exercise.

7 summers ago, i decided to take a break from gambling.. i was at gym 7 days a week with a clear head and not thinking of gambling.. i was in best shape of my life after summer was over.. hardly any fat and benching 350 lbs, no joke.. my body was pretty good.. i looked like an athlete.. ran marathons too. now i am 293 lbs.. back then, i was 183 lbs and pretty solid.
then when i went back to gambling, started to be inactive again, ate chips, pizza, chocolates, you name it.. now i'm a fat fukk again and completely out of shape.. it's sad..
the moral of the story is.. when you gamble full time, it's very hard to continue keeping a healthy life. gamblers are in bad shape. they eat bad, they dont exercise and they live in stress everyday.. that's why gamblers live 15 yrs less than the avg person.. it's sad. we dont move, we eat bad.. etc.
I am killing myself each day I gamble.

I keep the Beers as far away from the comp as possible, so I have that many long walks a day minimum...

I think you're making excuses for your own personal laziness, Nicky.

So the guy in the vids is not Nicky? He looks much less than 293 lbs.

I lift 4 times a week. Run maybe once a week. I totally need to kick the cardio up a notch to get rid of the "marshmellow" look.

I remember Sick Gambler use to swim and he got into great shape and had ladies looking at him and he went out on dates and was a normal guy. I will never forget the day he sent me a picture of himself in bikini swimming trunks decorated in the Canadian flag and holding a sign up "JJ Your The Best" I wear I loved that kid but the urge to gamble ruined him and he is now like 370 or so.
