there is this joint in champaign called Cafe Luna, have an EXCELLENT chicken club sandwich with a fried egg on it, just delicious.

Thats my lunch, how about you fellas.

I thought I-394 was in Minneapolis. And for lunch I'm going to the Asian Buffet, I woke up this morning with the most intense craving for beef chow mein. Sometimes you just have to indulge your cravings.

i was not sure about it the 1st time i had it either, but then i tried it and it made it even that much more delicious. Just a good touch, the egg isn't really runny at all either.

oh man, you are in New Orleans too, you would not BELIEVE how much i love New Orleans!! Best food anywhere!!

When i was last there in April we went to the Gumbo shop in the quarter, was blown away by the blackened fish and gumbo with a side of French bread. Also a joint on Decatur called Coop's place has the BEST jambalaya and Cajun fried chicken in the world, you'd never know it by looking at the outside of this place, its about the size a phone booth.

New Orleans is off the charts for food, impossible to have a bad meal there.

brock...food down here is great ...we have some of the best seafood spots in the world....after every saints game we go down to bourbon st. and get trashed...i love this city..except for all the murdering thugs..but thats ok..im fully loaded

Called it! Used to drive limos all over the Great Lakes area, years ago. You sure you're not thinking of I-294 in Chicago? I hate toll freeways, we have bridge tolls in California, but I'd never paid a freeway toll until I went east of the Mississippi.

What part of NOLA do you live in?

I try to go somewhere totally new on every visit, which is semi annual now. Went to a place on Magazine st called Nacho Mama's last time and LOVED it.

There is a joint in the quarter called Oceana grill which is off the charts. They have the BEST BBQ shrimp in the world. Also can't beat their blackened catfish or chicken. Also had the blackened ribeye "Lafourche" there and about died and went to heaven. New Orleans is my favorite city, i plan on moving there within 10 years.

394 is a little extension xway in the south suburbs, its 294's extension south of i-80, passes through Lansing, glenwood, chicago heights, steger, ETC
