I hope its not true. This team continous to go backwards, at this point I don't think Holmgren has anything left to offer a team like the Raiders.

Put it this way, if the Raiders need two people to run their organization, they are far worse off than anyone expected and may actually be beyond help.

I think they role they want for Holmgren is to advise McKenzie. Holmgren is a really bad front office guy, but he has a ton of experience in the league. I'm sure McKenzie wants all the help he can get, because the Raiders are a mess. He wouldn't be a bad guy to have on your staff, so long as he's not running the show or having final say. Plus, you can always bust out Holmgren's Big Bopp and the Choppers video to give your team a laugh. Awesome.
