How much money do you make per hour handicapping?
Say you are an outstanding capper who hits 55 to 60% of all your picks. Obviously your bankroll will determine how much you make hourly, but lets take into consideration all the costs that you incur. Do you subscribe to a service of any kind to help you in making your plays? How much time do you spend researching each pick? How many sporting events do you watch on TV that you would never watch if you didn't have action on that game? How much do you pay in fee's to receive a payout? Has a book, such as BI ever full out scammed you and taken your money?

After looking into these considerations (I realize there are more costs that I am missing) how much money do you actually make an hour? Would you be better off working a minimum wage job for your time? Here at least you could network, make some friends (other than SBR degens), maybe even meet a woman that you don't have to pay for her time.

Oh and as for the losers out there, unless you solely consider this a hobby, you should definitely invest your time elsewhere!

If someone is in that VERY rarified air of hitting 55 to 60% the only connection they will have to a mcdonalds is getting food at the drive thru or ownership.

Excellent cappers are great money managers. You can lose months or years of effort in a blink of a eye.

The key to success is knowing your limitations.

Excellent handicapping skills and money management skills are 100% separate skills. A professional gambler needs both to varying degrees in order to be successful. However many people have one skill and not the other and it makes their gambling lives quite tumultuous.

I do quite well In baseball and basketball. I hit 58% in mlb last season and 69% during the mlb postseason playoffs. I hit at 72% in the recent NBA playoffsa and clipped a 55% record during the NBA season. Oh and most importantly All at +units. I've posted plays regularly numerous times but my threads was for the most part ignored. Seems that people here aren't interested in winning but more interested in the latest Lock thread from one of the forum idiots
