Those eggs were done when you started the video. The medium heat is fine, you just cooked them a few minutes too long. And if you're trying to grow, throw in another 4 eggs for a total of 8 and force yourself to eat them. In about a week, eating 8 eggs will be like just eating 4. And remember, your eggs continue to cook on your plate for a few minutes.
