forget cities... I live in one of the top 10/20 most dangerous neighborhoods in the country.... now people can live 12 blocks away....a 4 minute drive and be in pretty rich affluent neighbhorhood...they can drive 8 mins and be right downtown where it is clean/safe..
they can drive 5 mins on the expressway and be in Oak Park one of the more affluent suburbs around...
