Being from Calgary, just when you think the Flames are playing well and look to take charge of the division, they show up with a 5-1 loss. I dont bet on hockey, but Id have to take Montreal here if I did (which I wont)

Didnt play this game. Too many intangibles involved. Calgary the hotter team, Montreal struggling and going with Halak, whom is good, but not Montreal's best. The reason I didnt take Calgary is that they are in Detroit tomorrow, thus may be overlooking a good, yet recently inconsistent Montreal squad.

Hey patty, great call, kiddo.. i have always said from day 1 to bet the habs every game and you'd be up money.. this is the best habs team put together since 77.. they all laughed at me when i said this, and now, they are 16-6..

patty,thanks for this thread, cause once i saw BBD say calgary would win, i hammered the habs for way more than my avg bet.. this danny is one of the worst cappers i have ever run into in my whole entire life on these boards.. this guy is consistently hitting 32% in his career.

I never laughed, I think they are very good. Top 4 in the east at worst.

Injuries are no excuse, every team is dealing with them.
