is there anyway to transfer my spreadsheet to excel on my computer?

At the bottom of your spreadsheet you should see a set of links that look something like:

You should just be able to click the "Excel" link.

EDIT: I just tried this it on your sheet and it froze up on. Anyway, the tech guys are on it now.
