If there was a total of 148.5 (-110) on some obscure Euro game that you had no opinion on, let's say at a "U.S." book like Greek or 5dimes

and a total of 151.5 (-110) at a "Euro" book such as bet$3.65 or Ladbroke

and Pinnacle's line was in the middle, say 150 (-105)


would you play the over at the "U.S" book or the under at the "Euro" book?

Would you feel better taking a number at a respected U.S. book or a Euro book in this case (of having no opinion). Clearly one of these bets is advantageous, I mean a 3 point total difference at bet365 changes odds from 1.90 to roughly 2.20.

well to be honest with you i personnaly havent seen a line off by 3 points and u.s. books are very very close with there lines to european books with that said i think u.s. books are not as sharp as the european books when it comes to this sports as they clone lines from the european books and the limits with most u s books are very small on these games while you can bet tons on the european books.so to sum it up yes i would play the over and yes european books are alot sharper.

Yeah today I saw a European Cup Challenge line, can't remember the game, Greek had the total 150.5, bet365 had it 153.5, Pinny had it 152. Check harder I'm sure you'll find them out there.

i would like to also add that they are very very weak when setting lines on these games.they always post bad numbers and im always bangging them.for example todays game berlin should have been at least a 4.5 point favorite to put some doubt in my head but at 2.5 with a team thats beaten everyone at home and needs this game plus the other team missing 2 starters it was a steal.

theres a game on the 11th the line is way way way off between macabi and air.that line should be maccabi -8 minimum.but let me tell you this also.the line might have opened at 150.5 everywhere on the game u mentioned but since european books get alot more action on these games the line might have been driven up by the public there.see at most american books the limits are low so they dont get bet so hard so maybe the line doesnt move as much.so be careful
