They are certainly capable of it. Best guards in the Big East.

Providence has been a lot better recently (four straight wins), and they've only lost one game all year by more than 10 points.

This line perplexes me actually. I don't understand why it's so high.

30 Year season ticket holder and actually not biased, if that is possible. This is by no means a lock. If both teams play to their ability the line is likely a little high. We are overrated. We have 1 talented complete player, CJ FAIR. Southerland can be lethal from 3 but can also be cold. When he is off the points are hard o come by. Triche is extremely inconsistent and struggles against teams with great guard play. We have absolutely 0 low post scoring. We do not rebound well out of the zone and MCW is talented but still raw. I am taking Providence plus 20 on a tease with
Kansas plus 9. I just have not found my third team yet.

Exactly what I did. Think Prov covers the 13 better than 60% of the time this game would be played but threw it in a teaser. Santa Clara or CSU are options for third teams.

Cuse will look like they are going to blow out the Friars. Then with 10 minutes left to play and Cuse up by 15, MCW will look up at the scoreboard and see he only has 5 points. He'll then start dribbling into traffic, taking ill-advised shots, and turning the ball over like a mo-fo trying to up his stats. With 5 minutes left and cuse up by 8 Boeheim will want to take time off the clock, even though cuse is terrible when running their half court set. This is when MCW will wait until there is 5 seconds left on the shot clock, drive the lane, passing up 4 open teammates only to throw up brick after brick. With a minute left Cotton catches fire and hit's 2 3's, the last putting the Friars in the lead for good.

This is my nightmare scenario as a Cuse fan. I hate MCW and hate Boeheim's late game strategies when up more than 5 points to take time off the clock which usually results in a massive loss of momentum for the Orange. Add those two together and and you have the most likely case that Providence easily covers the spread tonight.

I wouldn't touch this game, one of those that hovers around the spread the last two minutes and comes down to meaningless things. No edge here.

I know, when I saw the -12.5 I said to myself, this one has blow out written all over it.
Like I said, I put maybe 3 minutes of 'capping into this game, it's not like I racked my brain, 'Cuse was just a hunch bet, just a gut play.

True, anything is possible with Syracuse, but PU is sleepwalking, and can they beat the Orange by 15 in the second half?
