I think Jones is a piece of shit. Barber is one of the toughest guys ive seen. Carries the team in the 4th quarter. If he cant go, he cant go.

I 100%agree.JJones is a piece of shit.If he was going to call anybody out,it should have been his wanna be boyfriend ROMO.Thats who blew the game.If I was Barber,that would really piss me off.Barber has given his all and is probably the toughest back in the league.Of course he won't,but I would consider demanding a trade after those comments.Those comments are that serious in my opinion.

I dont question Barber's toughness but he made a major mistake not suiting up and making the trip. At least making the trip.

Think about it, you're making 100 grand plus per game plus endorsements. Your team is fighting for its playoff life and you cant even board the plane because of a dislocated toe? Thats just ghetto dumb. He needs to get his azz on the sideline and help his backup and encourage the team. Thats what you do when your hurt.

Whatever. Jones is a pile of shit for making comments like these. Players get hurt. Had Barber been injured further and somehow not been able to play again, Jones would not hesitate to kick his ass off the team. NFL players have to think about themselves. No guaranteed contracts.

I agree with that.It's the whole Jones ordeal that I don't like.He was basically placing blame on Barber for them losing the game by not playing.ROMO was the reason.Plain and simple.Lets say Barber did gut it out,and shattered it to the point of not playing in the playoffs(assuming they make it of course)what would Jones be saying then?He would have said

ammit Marion,if you wasn't 100%,you shouldn't have been playing.

I'm talking about short term.Playoffs this year.If they lose Barber for good and have to with Tashard Choice throughout the playoffs,they can forget it.It actually worked out for them in a way since the Falcons had already lost and this wasn't a must win for the Cowboys.Barber will be back next week and their in the same position as they were before the Steeler game.Problem is overrated ROMO.I don't see ROMO as a Super Bowl winning QB.Too many turnovers.Bad decisions.

I believe Jones is way off base checking Barber, but to not travel with the team is a huge mistake.

There is no reason for that, and he should be fined...Romo blew the game, plan and simple.

Suit up and get your azz on the plane...bottomline. Work with your back up when he comes off the field and help scout the photos. Not asking too much. The owner and coach have every right to say something. These players are employees of the team getting millions of dollars to play a stinking game any one of us would play for free just to get chics. I guaren-dam-tee ya if the game was held in Miami he would have been there. No biggie though, he made a mistake.

totally agree here john. He could have taken a shot in his toe. It;s done evry game by guys. I played with a broken hand and all kinds of stuff making peanuts in the AFL and CFL. This guy should have at least suited up.

Also, 1 of romo's interceptions was TOs fault and another was Whitten's. People don't realize a great deal of the time that QBs throw to spots not to guys. If you're not there that is what happens in zone coverage.
