I took CAR -0.5 (+105) 2H @ 2 units. I think they grind it out in the 2nd half and eat the clock. Tampa hasn't shown they can move it well against CAR. Watch for a Garcia TO in the 2nd half, as they are getting to him more....fumble, INT...not sure, but he'll be -1.
