GM dividend

GM's yearly Dividend is supposed to be 1 dollar per share...

I'm assuming this has been suspended... don't think they paid in aug or nov of this year.

I don't know of it for sure but I would bet dollars to doughnuts it will not be paid.

In fact if it is paid and the company goes under I wouldn't be surprised to see it as evidence that the board acted recklessly... although they will likely have protection of the business judgment rule and raincoat provisions.

Look at GE, MO, and PFE for quality safe dividends.

Actually I think it will be paid in donuts this year; 1 donut per share
