Actually they are very consistent. You can't count on them to win/cover every game in the season, so this game and the Browns loss isn't enough to call them inconsistent for the entire year. Most of the time they have been flat out devastating the competition.

Hixon f*cked them up when he dropped an early and certain TD pass. And then he did some more damage by returning two punts for negative yardage.
I can't stand the way the Eagles play. Eating up the clock, and huddling forever, early in the third quarter.

Why are you bashing the Eagles style today? That was maybe the best coached game Andy Reid has ever done where he actually used logic. Eating up clock in the 3rd to keep the Giants from getting any possessions WITH the wind ... genius. And that word isn't every going to be used with Reid again.
It was a dull game, but as an Eagles fan - that was one of the better game plans that Reid's staff has ever put together AND executed. They have good game plans alot, but rarely do they execute them in the same game & actually sticking with the run & your best player ... go figure!Comment -

The game just annoyed me. (I'm sure the Philly game plan was solid). Zebras called a crucial face mask against the Giants and the replay showed he never even touched the mask. WTF is up with that? At least with college football the commentators will point that out, but these jokers in the NFL either agree with the refs or say nothing. Zebras were all over the place in this game. Like the wind. Ignoring obvious pass interference, and then the commentators explaining the puzzled looks on the Giants faces at that as if Manning and co were confused about their game plan instead of the call... Gimme a f*cking break.
Anyway, I'm cool with today and ended up ahead, but it was all dodging bullets while walking through a mine field.Comment -
