Most that I have seen a push is a loss. Might be different at some books.

A push does not count as a loss at my book. I doubt it does at yours either. But a push on a 14-point teaser is usually a loss.

Every place that has 10-pt teasers I know of treat a push as a loss.

looselines.com doesn't. They clearly state super teaser ties lose though when you click to make the type of teaser.
