The Sox shored up a bit (keeping Peavy was big), but did they get better? Not sure. They still have a great pitching staff. Like last year though, its gonna be dependent on people like Rios (who has looked great) and Dunn. If Beckham can finally find it then that would be a huge bonus. Konerko should be good again. Losing AJ might hurt, but I do not see him repeating last years performance (which was flukey).

The biggest help the Sox might have this year is Ventura having a full year under his belt now.

Wheeler will be even up with Harvey. Still leaving the Mets 3 studs in the minors who all have stuff
and throw over 95 Syndergaard (Dickey trade) Montero and Tapia (who breaks triple digits at 21yrs old)
Niese is a 2 man on a lot of teams.
