Prisoners out of control

I have this bad habit. Sometimes I watch crap late at night. But this crap (on Spike) is good.

There's some crazy sh*t going on in the prisons all over the world. But the thing I keep asking... If you have prisoners out of control in a maximum security prison, why bother with minimal force? Why not just start popping them?

Spike showed one scene in Europe of a prisoner on a roof-top threatening another bound officer with a hammer to his head. Where's the sniper dropping that guy?

There's some crazy stuff going on. I'm a loud advocate for civil rights for the least privileged, but this is insane. Some of these bad guys need to just be put down.

why not do like prisons in third world, have NO GUARDS

"Prisoners riot in Peru. 128 died while authorities regained control. Prisoners riot in US/England/Denmark/Belgium. A bunch of guards got hurt, 1-2 guards and prisoners died. Some prisoners got years added to their sentences".

Serious, if they are all doing 20+, I like Peru's riot solution better.
