I think games where the Bobcat will probaby cover is against teams in the Playoffs that are not desperate for awin. OKC and the Clippers will interesting, because both teams will probably bring their B game and just try to coast for a win without even trying. Heck, that might be still enough to cover a 14 point spread.

as a fellow bobcat fader im hoping for a 12pt okc spread i mean they are on the road i mean if it was at home we'd probaly see the 1st 20pt spread of the season but considering its a Charlotte where the bobkittins play hard(by their standards) okc shouldnt be more than 12pt favs. Hell orl was getting beat by 25pt average and mem and hou were only 8pt favs at their building in orl

The one thing this episode has showed me (and it was a long process, because in general I did not think it would be this easy) is there is definitely opportunities to back certain teams and fade certain teams in the NBA. It is amazing that a team has been averaging 20+ point victories and the team they are playing has been averaging 20+ defeats (to garbage teams no less) yet the line they put out is -14.5.....

I don't know why anyone in the world would have backed this team today or any day. Unless the line is +20 there is no reason to make a play on the Bobcats.


Fadecats playing Boston at home next game. The last Charlotte win (before this 10 game losing streak) was against Boston. The line will probably be like Celtics -5.5 when it should be Celtics -9 at least. Celtics have a bad road reputation, but it does not matter when playing the Fadecats.
