Just finished a big project at work, so the wife and I decided to head to Vegas late yesterday. Ran to the sportsbook at the Nugget and threw down $200 on Texas-Arl -10 last nite. Shockingly, this was simply a homer play, plus I follow UTA as my friend is the coach there.

Anyway, they won by 25. I checked the board, and see Rudy is on NO ml. I just threw ta few bills on them. Got +175. (as I've said many,many times....I would follow Rudy thru the gates of hell. No questions asked.) (very minimal homo.)

Opie hope you're having fun in the desert. Warriors/MEM over 191 for you today. Might back the Warriors spread but waiting to see where the line moves. Bogut back in today and should help control the glass against Memphis. Grizz have been lagging since the trade and the Warriors have only lost 3 straight once this year. They'll come out focused today and tomorrow trying to turn the road trip around.

I have no other plays today as of yet. But I did just note this...

Tor Raptors are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 6 road games (the 1 loss was a game that went to OT). They have played INDY tough and should put together a solid effort. Not liking that the line moved to 8 but that's a lot of pts to cover here. Tor is in top half of the league at making FTs which will help if it's a relatively close game.

bogut makes $13 million this year and $14 million next. last year he had 136 total points and 100 total rebounds (for the season!)

this year for 1/2 a season he has 65 total points and 44 total rebounds. so extrapolate that out and bogut is getting about $150,000 per rebound

Don't disagree with Bogut. We all knew there was no chance he'd ever play 65 games. The trade was more about getting rid of Ellis and who knows what other offers were on the table at the time. Ellis was checked out, requested to be dealt and GS knew that they had no room in the backcourt for Curry, Ellis, and Klay Thompson.

The results speak. GS has a much improved team cohesiveness without Monta. Hopefully Bogut can just chill out and ramp up over the next few months. If he can have a good March and be healthy in the playoffs we'll be happy.
